Product Overview:

The TDY-2000 demulsifier and electric dehydration performance tester developed and produced by our company is controlled by a microcontroller for the entire operation process, mainly using electrochemical methods and supplemented by thermochemical methods. That is, an appropriate amount of crude oil is first heated, and then desalinated (water) and demulsifiers are selected under the action of a high-voltage electric field. It is similar to the actual working situation of electric desalination. The selection results are more accurate and reliable than thermochemical methods, and can simultaneously select six samples, with a faster selection speed (about three times that of thermochemical methods).
